Infertility, is there a worse term for a couple to hear? The definition is "unable to reproduce." In our society today, women are waiting longer to start their families. The reasons for starting later in life vary, and unfortunately, many are having trouble. The Chinese medical reasons are as varied as the colors in the spectrum. The ancient texts "2500 BCE" cite that there are cycles in life. For women, these cycles are in seven-year packages, whereas for men, they are in eight-year packages.

I use the term "Pre-Pregnancy Tune Up." It is a much more positive outlook, and expectations go with the attitude. Acupuncture magnifies your odds of success in this important and sensitive field.
